Barbour’s Heritage+ collection

Barbour, the British lifestyle brand, is celebrating its 130th anniversary with the Heritage+ collection, revisiting iconic styles from its archive. Known for durable and affordable outerwear, Barbour's jackets received a centennial tribute in 2021 with a sustainable re-waxing service. The versatile Barbour pieces are beloved by both countryside hikers and city dwellers and the Heritage+ collection carefully selects the best from the brand's past that resonates with today's consumers. According to menswear director Ian Bergin, replicating archive designs as-is would be like creating costumes without relevance. While some older designs may look great, practicality for everyday wear, like a 1930s Wildfowling heavy smock, may be lacking. The emphasis is on examining details and maintaining a practical approach when creating new products. Well, Barbour’s collections never disappoint us and the Heritage+ collection is no exception so make sure that you check it out!
