Maaemo - Oslo, Norway

The word maaemo is an old norse word meaning Mother Earth and the restaurant's concept is focused around that, by creating a narrative around the clean and bright flavors of Norway. Maaemo was awarded a third Michelin Star in 2016 and became the first Norwegian restaurant ever to hold Guide Michelin's highest accolade. Since then, the sublime restaurant has cemented itself as one of the absolute finest in Scandinavia.

Frantzén - Stockholm, Sweden

Head chef Björn Frantzén was not content that his restaurant in the old town, Stockholm "only" got two stars in the Guide Michelin. So he closed that one and reopened restaurant Frantzén in a new location at Norrmalm with the ambition of being the first Swedish restaurant to receive three Michelin Stars and in 2018 he finally got it. Eating Frantzéns fixed menu will give you a world-class culinary experience and a gourmet memory for life.

Geranium - Copenhagen, Denmark

In the city center of Copenhagen, more closely in Faelledparken, you will find an incredible restaurant. As Geranium is situated on the 8th floor it allows you to enjoy exquisite food while watching the beautiful surrounding nature and the location emphasizes Geranium's vision of gastronomic clarity and diversity. Head chef Rasmus Kofoed was the first chef in Denmark to get awarded three Michelin Stars and he has also won the Bocuse d’Or, therefore, enjoying fine dining at Geranium will leave you speechless.
