'La Prima Notte di Quiete' by Loro Piana and Dimoremilano

At Milan Design Week 2025, Loro Piana and Dimoremilano unveiled La Prima Notte di Quiete. The brand’s first collaborative installation was a mesmerizing blend of interior design, cinema, and sensory experience.

The journey began in a retro-style cinema lobby, setting the stage for a dreamlike exploration of spaces such as a bedroom, dining area, and garden. Loro Piana’s luxurious textiles such as cashmere, wool, velvet, and sisal were combined with Dimoremilano’s curated mix of antique and contemporary works to create an inviting, tactile environment.

Newly designed furniture pieces, including the sculptural Valsesia dining table and Varallo bed, enhanced the space with understated luxury and subtle ambient sounds designed by Nicola Guiducci completed the experience, making the installation feel like a living, breathing narrative.

La Prima Notte di Quiete was opened to the public until April 13 so we are quite envious of those of you who visited the installation and got to experience a space where design and imagination met and offered a unique and intimate vision of modern living!
