Located from a hillside perch with a stunning view over Pasadena and its surrounding mountains, this unique mansion is made up of several living volumes and programs that are stacked to create a rotated series of rectangular masses. The outdoor spaces such as the breezeways, porches, rooftop decks and covered walkways all taking in views from the beautiful valley. The mansion’s dark facade is made of concrete panels but the inside brings a contrasting atmosphere as it got white finishes light filled spaces and soft wood. The LR2 house also include a theatre screening room, a home office, gym and guest suites. This is just a fascinating next level house really!
