New Musée Atelier Audemars Piguet
One of the world’s finest watch manufacturer Audemars Piguet, has just completed the construction of its new museum in Le Brassus, in the landscape of Valleé de Joux, Switzerland. Musée Atelier Audemars Piguet is a spiral shaped building with curved glass walls and from the inside, the walls converge in a clockwise direction.
The museum is designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels and is located next to the Swiss luxury watchmakers’ original workshop from 1875. The museum will house Audemars Piguet’s collection of timepieces and in the middle of the spiral, is where you will find the Universelle, which is Piguet’s most complicated watch from 1899!
Let's hope that the opening of Museé Atelier Audemars Piguet, which is currently scheduled to be June 25, are proceeding according to the plan.
