Patek Philippe’s Ref 5470P
The Ref 5470P is the first 1/10th second chronograph model by Patek Philippe as well as the only model from the Swiss luxury watchmaker’s collection that uses Oscillomax balance. The platinum monopusher chronograph features two central mounted hands, where the 1/10th second hand in red lacquer goes around the dial in 12 seconds and the other hand represents individual seconds and therefore obviously completes its rotation in 60 seconds.
