Audemars Piguet presented its first Royal Oak in 1972 and for the 50th anniversary of the watch, the fine Swiss watchmaker has revealed its new Royal Oak RD#3. Taking inspiration from the original Royal Oak, the RD (meaning research and development) #3 has got a blue dial with “Petite Tapisserie” pattern, white gold hour-markers and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating and a stainless steel bracelet with AP folding clasp. Furthermore, this fantastic watch also represents the first “Jumbo” ever to have a selfwinding flying tourbillon. Take your time (pun intended) and head over to www.audemarspiguet.com for more info!
