K5 Hotel - Former 1920s Bank transformed into Hotel
The recently opened K5 hotel in Tokyo, is a former bank from the 1920’s that offers guests a unique experience when visiting the Japanese capital. The hotel is designed by Swedish firm Claesson Koivisto Rune, resulting in K5’s design to be a mix between Swedish minimalism and Japanese heritage, centered around the theme of “existing with nature in the city”.
K5 include, for example, twenty spacious rooms, a salon that crosses a library with a bar, and the restaurant serves Japanese, Danish and French cuisine. K5’s space is also elevated with custom-made furniture, veiled columns and accent lighting.
When visiting Tokyo next time, as a suggestion during the Summer Olympics this July, stay at K5 hotel and be amazed!
