Renault "SUITE N°4" by Mathieu Lehanneur
Renault’s iconic 4L model turns 60 years old this year and to celebrate this, the French automaker has teamed up with Mathieu Lehanneur for a special “SUITE N°4” concept car. The French designer’s projects stretch the realms of product design and object to architecture, craft and technology and his office has collaborated with brands such as Nike, Audemars Piguet, Air France, Veuve Clicquot and Cartier. For this collaboration with Renault, Lehanneur has reinvented the 4L model into an open air hotel room on wheels. The car’s space has been opened up inside to make space for lounging in velvet seats and the solar panels on the roof efficiently charges the car’s battery. Renault’s “SUITE N°4” concept model by Mathieu Lehanneur is an impressive innovative work of art and will be on display at the Atelier Renault on the Champs-Elysées in Paris in November.
